In this course the student will learn about the human body, its functions, diseases, etc.  The student will learn about terminology in the medical field.  The student will also learn about medical records and how to code those records so that the doctor or facility can bill the patient or insurance carrier for services rendered.

This is an online course that will be broken up into modules with work assignments and quizzes.  Students will need to pass this course with an 80% or higher to receive a certification of completion at the end.
